Green Engagement Lead

Lead the Lincoln Greeners gardening group and support residents in maintaining a thriving vegetable garden and welcoming green space in Leeds. Combine hands-on horticulture experience with community engagement skills to empower local communities through gardening and sustainable practices.

Salary: £31,000 pro rata (£24,800 actual) + 3% pension
Hours: 30 hours (4 days/week)
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2027 (with potential to extend)
Start Date: 24th February 2024

Volunteers are essential to the work that we do at Mafwa Theatre.

We offer regular supervision, feedback, and opportunities to develop your skills through experience and training while supporting us in ways that suit your interests.
